Participants may choose to lay on their yoga mats bundled up in their cocoon. Or, they may sit upright in lotus position. Whatever is most comfortable in order to relax completely and to, like a sponge, absorb these delightful soothing harmonic frequencies.

Experiencing this 60 minutes meditative sound infusion shuts down the thinking process, entrains the right and left brain hemispheres, slows down the cardio vascular system, and massages the internal organs and glands. Sound penetrates the molecular structure and neurons immediately, profoundly, and shifts a person’s internal landscape instantly. Cosmic Seeds Interactive Concert
The Wave Chant Album Tour – Interactive Call-n-Response
Cosmic Cultures band has four members Sabrina Steczko, Angelia Crasto, Genevieve Adam and Rad Crasto. From time to time, we also welcome guest musicians/singers to the collective. This 90 minutes concert is an Egyptian eclectic fusion of Kundalini Yoga chants and sacred chants from around the world. Instruments are shared with the crowd for participants to join in all together during interactive segments. Instruments we collectively share are hand drums, rattles and shakers.
SoundWave Mizu Meditative Infusion
Floating Back to Source with Salt, Silence and Sound
Mizu is the Japanese word for Water. This is a 60 minutes organic surround soundscape experience done in the Kalla at the Nordik Spa. An underground 3 feet deep salt-water floating pool heated to 37 degrees, The water is saturated at 12% of Epsom salt. Capacity 30 participants.
